Tip: A Coach's Toolbox > Active Listening
As you mentor, coach, &/or interact with others, here are four key practices you need in your coach’s toolbox.
The first and foremost of these strategies is to use active listening. In an age of quick text and emoji responses, active listening is more critical than ever for effective communication. Block out distractions and give full attention to each other so that you can comprehend the spoken message and what is communicated through body language.
