PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The eMINTS Affiliate Trainer Program consists of over 110 hours of cohort professional development in the train-the-trainer model along with monthly individual support. It provides professional educators with essential support systems and a collaborative group of colleagues. Participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the eMINTS Instructional Model and high-quality professional development in their own educational settings. |

FORMAT AND CONTENT
eMINTS staff members lead cohorts in this blended PD program, facilitating both face-to-face and online meetings. All training sessions are facilitated in a manner consistent with meeting the needs of adult learners while modeling research-proven instructional strategies.
