And here’s the last tip on leveling up your presentations: Ignite Inspiration! The transfer of your content, activities, message, and purpose matters, so how are you shifting what you’ve presented to the audience’s attention to inspire them to take action? Here are some tips to try:
- WHERE: Add a digital Parking Lot at the beginning for participants to ask their questions (e.g. @Padlet, Jamboard, @Google apps)
- WHAT: Make sure there is content that the audience can use tomorrow. It must be practical, low burden, and high impact.
- HOW: Pose questions on slides whenever possible throughout the presentation to help frame and stimulate thinking. You could also add the question slide between topic transitions.
