Tip: Rejuvenation Phase > Authentic Learning
Way to go for making it through the Persistence and Challenges Phases of November and December! Now, during the Rejuvenation Phase of January, is the perfect time to reignite your passion for teaching and learning. First, realign to your authentic self. Who are you, what are your core values, and what is your philosophy of education? Then, use those values to reimagine learning. Have a lesson coming up that you’re teaching? How could it be revised and improved for more authentic learning with your students? Reimagine what learning and teaching could look like in your classroom. Last, revise and refine ideas to improve your practice with your learners! This will not only help your students learn more deeply, but it will also help you energize your enthusiasm for your profession, leading to greater overall wellness, satisfaction, and a sense of rejuvenation!
