With the promise of a new year and a fresh start, January can bring about opportunities for change in the education field. After both the persistence and the challenge phases wear off and we have some time to reflect over Winter Break, we can start to rejuvenate ourselves. We will refer to this period of time as “The Rejuvenation Phase.” During this phase, it is the perfect time to try new things, revise the old, and retry our revisions.
