October can bring about challenges in the education field. After both the anticipation of a new academic year and the “honeymoon period” with learners wear off, we can sometimes find ourselves in “survival mode.” We will refer to this period of time as “The Persistence Phase.” During the persistence phase, it is essential to try new things to reignite our and our learners’ motivation and passion for learning.
