Tip: Reflection > So What?
So What? - What does that factual data mean? Why does that matter? Why is this important? Explore your thoughts and emotions around the event, and then analyze your thoughts and beliefs.
Explore your thoughts and emotions: Reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and reactions during the experience. What were your initial thoughts? How did you feel at different moments? Did your emotions change over time? Allow yourself to fully acknowledge and process your emotional responses.
Analyze your thoughts and beliefs: Dig deeper into your thoughts, assumptions, and beliefs that influenced your actions and reactions in the experience. Consider any biases, preconceptions, or limiting beliefs that may have influenced your perspective. Question the reasons behind your thoughts and consider alternative viewpoints.
