Pair and Post
Pair and Post is a learning strategy that provides partners time to cooperatively think and formulate answers or ideas to topics or questions followed by posting collective responses. Working with a partner during the first portion of the activity provides learners an opportunity to brainstorm and inspire ideas from each other. Posting ideas not only gives all learners a fair chance to share their thinking but also creates an environment in which new ideas might be triggered or personal understanding deepened through thoughts written by other teams.
This structure can be used to assess prior knowledge, summarize research, or propose possible solutions to a problem.
