Pair and Post
Pair and Post is a learning strategy that provides partners time to cooperatively think and formulate answers or ideas to topics or questions followed by posting collective responses. Working with a partner during the first portion of the activity provides learners an opportunity for brainstorming and inspiring ideas from each other. Posting ideas not only gives all learners an equal opportunity to share their thinking, but it also creates an environment in which new ideas might be triggered or personal understanding deepened through thoughts written by other teams.
This structure can be used for assessing prior knowledge, summarizing research, or posing possible solutions to a problem.
