Grab the String

This is a fun and random way to pair up participants for an activity. Simply prepare enough pieces of string to have one per every two learners. Hold all of the pieces of string in the middle, and have each participant grab one end of one string. Let go of the strings, and participants are automatically paired with the person holding the other end of the same string.
