With cumulative partners, this experiential learning grouping strategy helps learners practice a skill by solving a problem and then requires them to match up with other learners to form groups. Provide each learner with a random problem to solve. Ask them to solve the problem independently, and then have learners find their partner(s) who have the same answer to their problem.
