Another quadrant of the eMINTS Facilitator Model (eFM) is Coahing and Mentoring. Trainers/Coaches model the design and implementation of technology-enhanced learning experiences while supporting educators in transferring these skills into professional practice. These learning experiences emphasize creativity, higher-order thinking skills and processes, and mental habits of mind. Trainers/Coaches provide consulting, collaboration, or coaching as needed to build on educators' strengths as they refine instructional design skills. This results in the Trainer/Coach becomes less necessary over time.
