Tip: Norms > Revisit & Revise

There are a number of reasons you might revisit and revise your norms: you get a new student, the class is behaving poorly, and there will be a substitute. An inciting event occurs that prompts the need for norm revision. To do this, display your current 3-5 class norms. Ask students: Which of these norms are working? Which might we need to update? Get learner feedback and make changes to your 3-5 class norms accordingly.
