Corners is a cooperative learning strategy that stimulates student learning through movement and discussion. Begin by asking learners to make a decision about a question, problem, or viewpoint. Learners move to the corner labeled with the response that best aligns with their thinking, e.g., strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree.
This strategy promotes listening, verbal communication, critical thinking, and decision-making.
